SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

At this stage all orders will be sent through Australia Post standard or express, or international standard tracked mail. While under normal circumstances domestic postage should take between 1-7 days, COVID-19 has slowed things down. Please be patient with any delays that may occur due to our overburdened postal service!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Dependant upon country, international delivery can vary between 7 - 30 days. Again, due to COVID-19 there are serious delays happening in international shipping. Some countries are more affected than others. As a general rule, postage from Australia to Europe seems to be fairly fast still, but postage to North America seems to be especially slow. We recommend checking with your country's national postal service for updates and also Australia post for any timeline indicators. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Miss Lizzy is not responsible for delays due to customs.

LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

Miss Lizzy is responsible for any loss or damage of your product up until the point of delivery to your specified address. If any items fail to arrive please let us know. In addition, if any items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately to discuss options - within two business days. We can be contacted at hello@misslizzyshop.com. Please provide photos of the damaged items, shipping materials, etc when you get in touch.
