A Note About Miss Lizzy Earrings
All Miss Lizzy earrings are entirely hand crafted. In the case of resin earrings, each pair has been individually hand poured. This means that the pair you receive will likely not be identical to the one pictured, although of course it will as similar as the hand-pouring process will allow. Please recognise this is what makes your earrings so special, as your pair will be utterly unique and special - just for you!
Note that the above also applies to our acrylic earrings where marbled or 'special effect' acrylics have been used.
A Note About Miss Lizzy Tufties
On occasion a thread or small tuft of yarn may come loose from your tufty - this is commonplace, and will usually just be a bit of yarn that I missed tidying up before sending your tufted friend off to you. This is not cause for panic or return! A tiny bit of 'shedding' is perfectly normal, and won't affect the appearance or function of your tufted item. You can also run a lint brush over your tufty to keep it looking fresh and perky!
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly allow returns for a store credit or exchanges if:
- Your item(s) are undamaged (if your item has arrived damaged due to shipping issues, you need to contact us within two business days - see our Shipping Guide); and
- The item is un-used and unworn. This means that any earrings are still on their original display card, and any tufted goods are clean, un-marked and clearly un-used.
If the above criteria are met, get in touch at hello@misslizzyshop.com within 7 business days of receipt and we will arrange the exchange/credit. The item(s) will need to be posted back to us within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive and check the item(s), we will then process the exchange/credit.
NOTE: customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items via post. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds
We are unable to provide refunds. Please see above - we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit for returned items.
